Anyone can start a team, including parents, relatives, teachers, and cycling enthusiasts. No experience is necessary; NEYC provides training and education needed to succeed. NEYC has years of experience helping coaches start and develop teams. The process of building a team is incredibly rewarding, and we want to make it as straightforward as possible.
